π Ingredients
- π₯© 500g ground beef
- π§ 1 onion, diced
- π₯ 1 carrot, diced
- π§ 2 garlic cloves, minced
- π 2 tbsp tomato paste
- π₯£ 1 cup beef stock
- πΏ 1 tsp thyme
- π§ Salt & pepper
- π₯ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- π₯§ 2 sheets shortcrust pastry
- π₯ 1 egg (for egg wash)

- π₯ Cook π§ π₯π§ until soft.
- β Add π₯© and brown well.
- π Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt & pepper.
- π₯£ Pour in beef stock and simmer 10β15 mins until thick. Let cool.
- π₯§ Line a muffin tin with pastry circles.
- π₯ Fill each with the beef mixture.
- π₯§ Add pastry lids, seal edges, and make a small steam hole.
- π₯ Brush with beaten egg.
- π₯ Bake at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 25β30 mins until golden.
