For the Filling
- 1 cup Nutella (or any chocolate hazelnut spread)
Optional Toppings
- Melted chocolate

- Fresh strawberries or bananas
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes for tender crêpes.
2️⃣ Cook the Crêpes
- Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
- Swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin circle.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift.
- Flip and cook another 30–60 seconds.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
3️⃣ Add the Filling
- Spread 2–3 tablespoons of Nutella over each warm crêpe.
- Leave a small border around the edges.
4️⃣ Roll the Crêpes
Roll each crêpe tightly into a cylinder.
5️⃣ Decorate & Serve
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or powdered sugar.
- Serve warm with strawberries, bananas, or whipped cream if desired.
💡 Tips
- Resting the batter makes softer, more flexible crêpes.
- If the batter becomes too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk.
- Warm the Nutella for 10–15 seconds in the microwave to make it easier to spread.
